As a pro

As a profession, I am a scenographer, and I have chosen the theater environment as my priority, where I have always been able to integrate well into the collective. Working in various theaters, I am familiar with the diverse specifics of the work.

I know how important each employee's role is in the theater. I approach my work responsibly and with the best conscience. I enjoy working in the dynamic theater environment and am creative and ready for new challenges. I learned the art of puppetry in the United States, and initially performed with my created marionette at the 80th anniversary of the Latvian Academy of Arts and the Arkadia Youth Development Center with a performance of "Wonderful Jeans". I also led the marionette project at the Jurmala Alternative School and gave a presentation on puppets in America at the Professional Puppetry Arts Conference. I have now established the Marionette Theater Institute, created a theater group, and developed a marionette performance. I participated in a school project in Berlin and filmed puppets in a studio, using them as characters in 3D animation. Marionettes are one of the oldest and most complex branches of puppetry, which is why there are infinitely many ways and degrees of complexity. This plastic is versatile and combines painting, sculpture, and dance.
